From minus balance to international success
The name Vincze Róbert is now associated in Transylvania with the development of entrepreneurial awareness.
The beginning
At just 21 years old, Róbert started his entrepreneurial journey with a €10,000 debt. There was no capital, no safety net—but there was a clear goal: to build a business that creates value, supports growth, and provides a humane working environment for its team.
The early period was challenging but defining. Difficulties did not discourage him; instead, they showed him the importance of strategic thinking, discipline, and leadership responsibility.
The breakthrough
Six years later, he reached a completely different level: 11 active businesses operating simultaneously, with an annual turnover of €1.5 million. His Joben bistro in Cluj attracted international media attention: Daily Mail and The New York Times ranked it among the Top 10 most beautifully designed hospitality venues in the world.
In 2016, he changed direction: he took over the professional leadership of Seminar Consulting Romania, and since then has been continuously building the knowledge base that has become one of the most popular training platforms for business leaders in Transylvania and Hungary.
